We are a Christian mentorship ministry dedicated to connecting high school juniors and seniors, along with young adults aged 18-25, both church and non-church members, with a unique and invaluable group of mentors: volunteer veterans and retired law enforcement officers (LEOs).

These experienced "elder statesmen" are motivated by a desire to "pay-it-forward." They offer more than just abstract guidance; they share the reality of their choices, the wisdom earned through lives of service, and powerful lessons learned "where the rubber meets the road."

Our mission is to bridge the generational gap through intentional, relationship-based discipleship. We pair young adults seeking direction with seasoned veterans and retired LEOs, who share their tacit knowledge and life experiences within a supportive, faith-based environment, helping mentees build character and navigate life's journey with powerful "guard rails."
